    其实成天在机舱里真的一点都不好玩！ 我每次搭长途机都会瘦个几斤，而且只要搭机脸上皮肤就特干燥。尤其遇到凌晨机的时候最郁闷了，整个睡眠规律被破。如果是飞欧洲美加之类的来回时差一颠倒，其实就等于两三天不睡觉差不多，痛苦死！！ 我只是偶尔搭机都这样了，可想而知空姐有多辛苦，付出的代价有多大了~！ 真心说句：辛苦了~！
